Abstract

The article introduces into scientifi c discourse the new materials obtained as a result of collection of items in the basin of the Kyrykmas, a second-order tributary of the Kama river, which features a latitudinal direction of the channel, rarely encountered in the region, and is almost unknown to archaeologists outside the Udmurt Republic and the Republic of Tatarstan. Meanwhile, in recent years, collections of pottery and stone tools have been accumulated, which indicate the development of this territory from the Neo-Eneolithic to the Early Iron Age. The purpose of the publication is to draw the attention of researchers to a new area which has not been suffi ciently covered in archaeological works.
