The article presents an analysis of a forge site, which was discovered at the Pinchuga-6 complex. It was located on a depression in the terrain. In its centre stood a rudimentary above-ground forge built from two stones placed in a small pit. Small iron slags, fragments of scale, broken stone hammers and ceramic nozzles, and forge crowbar were found around it. Several vessels of the same type, an iron tool for vessels ornamentation and a glass bead were also revealed here. The pottery found at the site allows the authors to attribute it to the Lesosibirsk culture of the early II millennium AD, which was typical for the southern taiga of Yenisei Siberia. A ground structure was likely constructed above the site, enclosing the space. At present, this is the first forge object of the Lesosibirsk culture discovered in the Lower Angara region.
