"Archaeology of the Eurasian Steppes" supports Open Access model of distribution of scientific knowledge and offers free access to electronically published materials.

The online version of the journal is permanently accessible on our site: https://evrazstep.ru/

We aim to increase presence of the electronic version in the leading international databases and specialized catalogs.

Indexation and presence of the journal: Scopus, DOAJ, elibrary.ru, Ulrichsweb, Google Scholar, CNKIsholar, CyberLeninka, WorldCat, ROAD

By the decision of the Presidium of the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the scientific journal “Archaeology of the Eurasian Steppes” was included in the “List of Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals for the Publication of the Main Scientific Results of Dissertations for the Degree of Candidate and Doctor of Science” (since July 08, 2019).

Therefore, the journal “Archaeology of the Eurasian Steppes” has been accredited to publish scientific research results in two groups of specialties: 07.00.02 - Domestic History (Historical Sciences), 07.00.03 - General History (of the corresponding period) (Historical Sciences), 07.00.06 - Archaeology (Historical Sciences).  This circumstance is of great importance, as we have officially received the status of an interdisciplinary publication.

References: In accordance with the Regulation on the Procedure for Conferring Academic Titles, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 74 dated January 30, 2002, the Regulation on the Higher Attestation Commission approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia No. 177 dated July 03, 2006, the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia publishes a List of Leading Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals and Periodicals for the Publication of the Main Scientific Results of Dissertations for the Doctor’s Degree
