Abstract

Vadim Sergeyevich Mosin turned 70 years old on 22 November. He devoted a significant part of his life to the study of the Stone Age of the Southern Urals, Trans-Urals and neighbouring areas. This article is dedicated to reflecting his creative path. His achievements in field research and analytical work are characterized. Vadim Sergeyevich’s role in the study of the Mesolithic-Eneolithic of the Trans-Urals is noted.
