BONE TOOLS OF EARLY FARMERS OF AZERBAIJAN (BASED ON MATERIALS FROM ALIKOMEKTEPESI SETTLEMENT)

The article presents the traсeological research of high developed bone industry of the early farmers of Azerbaijan based on materials from Alikomektepesi site in Mugan. Results of the microanalysis have provided the evidences for defining the functions and usage of above mentioned tools in production spheres as well as the differentiation of farming tools. The great number of tools such as hoes, shovels, sickles, scraping tools, chisels and so on indicates well developed farming industry in Azerbaijan by that time. The wide range of tools highly used in household proves the complex subsistence specialization of leather processing, clothes manufacturing, weaving and ceramics production
